How to Heal Rosacea

Rosacea can be a very tricky skin condition.. Reducing stress and heat help significantly!

How does one reduce stress may you ask?
• self care, facials, massage, meditation
• talking with family or friends
• unplug for a day
• read a book
• exercise, yoga or stretching

• Avoiding hot showers, beverages and climate will also help with redness..
(Also decreased intake of spicy foods will help so, so much!)

• Regular facials from an esthetician will guide your skin from dry, irritated, itchy and inflamed to a healthier skin flora. 🌸

And I cannot stress this enough, at home care is super crucial.. avoiding products that could further irritate your skin can save it ♥︎🧼 ask me or your esthetician what would be recommended.

• What ingredients to look for are vitamin c 🍊products (specifically @imageskincare vital c & Ormedic line) hyaluronic acid 💧, camomile 🌼oatmeal 🌾 and aloe vera gel based product 🌿 (WEAR YOUR SPF!!!!!!!) 🌞
